This Mexican coffee is locally roasted in Park City and has a smooth, full-bodied buttery characteristic as well as a strong earthy flavor. A very versatile coffee! Medium roasts seem to be where this coffee shines with a very sugary sweetness and mellow acidity. The coffee also holds heat well into darker roasts for more chocolate and brown spices. A great single origin or a solid blend component.
