Christmas Blend
We have been blending these coffee beans together for over 20 years now each holiday season. The blend is Papua New Guinea, Peru Organic & Rwanda. The PNG is from a micro lot grown at 1600m. It has crisp apple-like acidity, with floral and candy-like flavors. The Peru Organic is a Medium body, soft acidity, cocoa sweetness, very balanced. Rwanda is from the Kayonza District at the Rusave Farmer’s Coffee Co-Op at 1700m a washed bourbon with Complex florals, jasmine, and tropical fruit, candy-like sweetness, juicy body and finish.
